OVERVIEW
The XM Fitness 3 in 1 Functional, Smith and Power Rack was engineered to facilitate everyone's needs. It maximizes the number of training exercises with one footprint versus having three separate pieces. The XM Fitness 3 in 1 Functional, Smith and Power Rack is made to be used in full commercial facilities or residential applications for those seeking the optimum quality.
Fully adjustable power rack is at the base of this unit. It also has a built in functional trainer with a 1/1 ratio to maximize the two weight stacks. Finally to complete the unit, it comes standard with a linear bearing commercial smith with a starting weight of 40lbs. You can lighten the smith bar by using resistance bands with the top pegs to assist in the lift. There are countless exercises you can do with the XM Fitness 3 in 1 Functional, Smith and Power Rack and for years to come.
